Girlfriend contacts the car rental guy 2 days after not hearing from boyfriend . She didn't think to track his phone or maybe call police ?

Highly doubt he's overseeing making them. More likely buying low quality fakes and making out like he's some gangster. Prices range from couple of hundred quid to over a thousand quid for super clone ones where a watch dealer will struggle to tell difference unless they know the exact give away on a fake .

Bought a 4 slice imarflex one from Lazada. Has dual time dials , bagel & reheat buttons all silver in colour and think was 1100bht or so. Before that had a Otto 4 slice that was pretty good also with removable crumb trays at bottom.

And bkk to samui or samui to bkk is still far more than every other flight in Thailand even with discount. Bangkok airways were advertising a sale a few days ago and everywhere was on the list of places in Thailand they fly to , except samui. I can practically fly from up north to KL via bkk return cheaper than a one way flight to samui ! 🙄

How difficult can it be to hold his arms and get his prints . Wonder if he's not giving them as he's wanted for something serious somewhere else .

It's not quite as simple as that . They make it almost impossible so people give up from what I remember.

Friend arrived in bkk yesterday on Thai airways from UK and said plane was half empty . Oddly though they offered chicken or fish for eating and he chose chicken. When they started serving they said wasn't enough chicken and could he have fish , despite him being in front row of seating. He told them no and they said give us 5 minutes upon which they returned and asked if would eat beef . He said yes and was given steak from business class 😄

Not 100% sure but I think non thais can own a pistol if it is registered,bought through the police or documents are submitted through police upon applying to buy and ammo and gun must be locked in separate areas of their property. It is only able for use of target shooting as the reason , so unless some armed lunatic is trying to shoot someone in your property then a non Thai cannot fire the gun without being in trouble and even a Thai with a registered gun shooting at someone trying to enter their home or shooting at them in their home has to have very good reason for using it .

He's pretty much going to have problems wherever he goes in the country as everyone will know him practically. Not to mention the people running dodgy businesses, dodgy development or house owners that will now possibly be getting looked into due to his behaviour and will be less than happy at being checked out .

I thought there was a building law you are only permitted to build after 30ft from the high tide line on any beach side ? So unless she was sitting in his garden basically then she should be on the beach when walking you would think.

True. I have flown in and out of samui several times in last 6 months and don't remember once paying below 5000bht for one way . I can fly bkk to Roi et which is similar distance for 1000bht one way.

Had this problem a few times and always seems to be flash express that do it. One delivery in last few months we called about it to lazada and they contacted the delivery guy or company. He turned up a hour later. Asked him why they always say we change delivery date when we haven’t and he said if they fail to deliver it on the date their company get fined by lazada for not delivering on time. Told us they get fined 2-3000 bht or something no matter what the order value is . Now I just wait knowing it will turn up next day usually.

I had informed them when booking and at check in the person at the desk even wrote it on my boarding pass !!

On a return trip from don muang to roi et with air asia I checked in and waited at the gate to board in my wheelchair which I use permanently due to being an amputee. As it got near boarding time I noticed people starting to go through and wondered why I hadn’t been taken to the plane as wheelchair users are usually first on and last off. I went to the desk and handed my boarding pass and passport and woman said ok thanks and returned it. I asked where was the aircraft assistance to help me board and she said we don’t have any !! The second person at the desk then said can you get on yourself ! I then made my way to the plane thinking there may be someone waiting to help me . Nobody was there when i arrived so I had to drag myself and chair into the plane and then hop to my seat a few rows back . When I got off in roi et I got my wife to go tell the air asia desk what had happened and ask for a person or number to call to complain. The desk said they don’t have one ! After several searches looking for a contact on the internet the nearest I found was a call number where you leave a message . That was 3 weeks ago and still not heard a word back from them !
