All the edges edges turn blue after I put my passport in the frame as shown in the example Lazada displays, for many seconds. However, the screen does not advance and I am unable to press on “Scan the Passport” and don’t see anywhere else I should press to advance to the next screen. Please what am I doing wrong?

is anyone familiar with a quality shop that replaces iPhone batteries in Pattaya? My iPhone XS Max‘s battery needs to be replaced. I would prefer not to go to an authorized Apple repair center because it will be very expensive.

Thank you for this information @ubonjoe. I have no idea about this "TM30 report", I was never told about this. I came over on the Thai Pass system from Laos to an SHA hotel in Nong Khai; please could you tell me how I can get proof of the TM30 report, if possible. 

I'm here on a 30 day visa exempt stamp and would like to extend another 30 days, on Monday. In order to make things go as smoothly as possible at Immigration, is there a form I should fill out prior or anything I need before going to the Immigration office, other than my passport and 1900 baht? Also, it expires 20 April. Do I need to go on the day it expires to take advantage of a full 30 days extension or is prior to this date acceptable?

Yes but I need a certificate for insurance purposes so it needs to be done at a lab in my case.

Thank you for the helpful information as usual @ubonjoe. Is that 60 day covid 19 extension a pretty sure thing or do you need to demonstrate some sort of reasoning for the covid extension? Are proof of funds needed?
