Although in principle I agree with a Fee for the original reasons given. But to fast track it due to incompetence, lax enforcement and to state a reason because a 14 year old boy shot people in a Mall is unacceptable.

Like the moving walkway incident, this also smacks of Poor Maintenance and zero responsibility for peoples safety. when will Thailand learn prevention is far easier than a cure, operating licences and safety precautions always outweigh usefulness and in this case a child DIED . Cost incalculable, responsibility ...ZERO.

So it would appear that normal minimum maintenance was carried out by a person who is either not qualified or a complete idiot. Loose bolts means only one thing, POOR MAINTENANCE .

f you reside here, best bet leave zero review and you pose no propblems for yourself, however if you are a tourist write the review afte you have left Thailands shores on sites that are active in your own country.. But in reality wpord of mouth is far better and safer and quicker in many cases.
