  11. I have heard from a friend that we need to report to an app ( https://covid-19.in.th/en ) when we are going to visit Bangkok coming from other provincies.... otherwise the pol,ice may cause problem for us... 12. quoteThe Bangkok Post the other day informed us that retirement visa holders now require USD100K Covid insurance. Is this correct? My private (AIA) insurance runs out this year as I pass 70 years unquote ---------------------------------------------------------- You do most likely have NOT a VISA but merely a EXTENSION OF STAY BASED ON RETIREMENT... Which is not a VISA... I do also have AIA insurancies, actually 2 different... Both of them run out at 75 years of age, not 70 years of age. Are you really sure you will be kicked out at 70 already???? glegolo
  13. Thank you so much both UbonJo as well as Mr. Upnotover glegolo
  14. A friend of mine are going soon to Thailand, and he will be using the Phuket Sandbox. So I need really to ask you guys 2 questions, and if you can advise me I am happy.. a - Is there a public list somewhere over hotells in Phuket where he can book his stay for the 1 or 2 weeks quarantine? I will be very glad if you have alink or something like that.... b - He did actually ask me also another question, and that is. His home is up north in something called Phrae (Up around Chiang Mai I guess).. Anyhow, he asked me, now when domestic flights are closed down. how can he travel from Phuket after the quarantine up to Phrae.. it seems that busses are off as well???? Any ideas guys???? Thanks for your input... Glegolo
  15. Sorry if this question have been asked 100;s of times before. I have a swedish friend that is coming here to Thailand soon and will be moving to here.... I like to ask you guys that knows these things... What do they require documentswise, I believe as being marrined to a thai lady, he will apply at the embassy in Sweden för a non immigrant O based on thaiwife and being married to her. What else does he need to be able to enter Thailand.... He is also vaccinated in full as well.. Moreover, does he needs to have an insurance as well?? thanks for your input, glegolo
