  1. Again! Really? Can´t imagine why nobody listens to this guy. ????
  2. Absolutely no problem at all. The only thing they can object against is historical and valuable things related to age and origin. For paintings you buy in the street or reproductions they can´t care less. For some things, they might tell you to pay a sum per object, but also very rare.
  3. Never understand this problem. Complaining over that so much is fake online. Okay, no problem. Go and promote the local shops instead. Pretty sure there will be some higher end stores that keep the real thing. But, I guess it´s just a matter of the price. Hell Yeah! If you go look after the cheapest possible option, then they will screw you up!
  4. When driving? Maybe she should look more at the road ????
  5. So, now you are saying that the wife is lying. How do you know that? Where you there? This is starting to be a little bit too much. First there are talks about a cut video, that only reflects one side. Then you assume, that is to hide the assumed, false facts that the Thai man was willingly taking part in the fight. When that is thrown out by an explanation from the wife, then we are trying to say she is feeding the media with a false story. Do you see where it´s all heading? Exactly in the same direction, that I was talking about from start. Do whatever you can to protect the foreigners at all costs. After that you agree with unacceptable behavior. Isn´t it time to face it. The French guys in the Porsche are the bad ones, and it will be a blessing for Thailand and all of us to have such people deported.
  6. So, doesn´t it sound a little bit different now. Maybe I wasn´t so wrong from start. Looks like the Frenchmen are at fault. who could have thought such thing. Where are all the talkers now? As I said from start! Put them in jail for a couple of years and then deport them. Persona non grata for life.
  7. Yeah, it´s far too many people here that can´t or refuse to adjust.
  8. That might be a problem, but that is not the focus on this thread. However, I think that is all in how you talk and present the situation. I have no problem with getting them to take responsibility for their actions.
  9. I have not said the Thai man has no part in it. I can´t care less what the media writes, as they always turn things the best way to sell an extra subscription. In your country and many other it might be as you say, but I do not think mitigating circumstances exists in Thailand when they see a foreigner put a Thai in ICU. So, there we have it. Something that all who travel here should be very aware of. Otherwise, it will lead to problem, fines, jail and deportation. It´s just to face it. We are living in Thailand (At least I think you do). We must accept their way of living and how they deal with things to fit in. I guess, I am just too well adjusted, then.
  10. Of course, will casinos be legal with time. How long time it takes, is very hard to say. what stands clear by looking all over the world, is that it´s a great income regarding taxes for the country.
  11. But the guy is still in critical condition, as a result of the Frenchman´s punch? Is that correct? Is that not what is important here? It´s the result of a one´s actions that counts. If an open hand with the guy still standing and no major injuries. Then not much of a fuss. Just a wai and 500 baht. Now it´s a hit that floors a guy, that results in a severe injury because of the punch. Still the result of an action, and no wai´s is gonna help here.
  12. This is where you repeat yourself and, according to me, are wrong every time. According to the law, the fault always falls on the one that hurt another person or is the reason for the same result. That you believe, out of your opinion, that both are responsible does not make it so. The fact, that one is of foreign nationality and only a guest in the country, does not make it better. I can think of a lot of nations that would react same in such situations. Even in the western world.
  13. If you have funds, and/or, your funds are deposited in Metrobank in PP, then I strongly suggest you travel over and get a new ATM card. It´s not that far if there are no health issues that make you not able to take the trip. After that, if it shows that you can transfer and you get a code to your Thai phone. Then I see no reason for it not to work.
  14. What! Are you telling me to stop trolling? Really. Check up on yourself here. Above you are suddenly making a U-turn saying there is no right side of bias. Now look below: Do your see the end of your last sentence? You are telling me, that I am on the wrong side of bias. It´s your words, man! I hope you know, when someone say there is a wrong side to be on regarding something, that automatically says there is a right side. Please, make up your mind. You are going on about that "if" the Thai guy had hit with his kick, it "could" have been the Frenchman in ICU. If and could??? That is not the facts here. After that, you are trying to say he fell in a bad way, and that is as much his fault as the Frechman´s. What does that really mean? Did he hit himself or did the Frenchman do that to him. Without the hit, would he have been falling? Like I say, put off the nonsense. You are just turning around, trying to grab a hold of everything that can possibly smooth it over. I must admit to, that reading your posts, you have done a great work. However, you are not fooling me. Now, please explain the 2 versions of bias or is it 3 possibilities? Is there a wrong and right side? Only a wrong side and no right? Or is it in correct in your later post, that there is no right or wrong side?
  15. So, now you just said it is a right side of bias. Are you for real? ????????????
  16. Ok, Exactly! So, then it´s nothing wrong with the consequences for the Frenchmen ???? ????
  17. Easy! You quote, I reply. You know, that´s how it works. Please feel free to tell me if you need more explanations.
  18. Severe? Ok, it´s a matter of opinion. What is most severe? Jail or deportation? When it comes to being a foreigner, you are a guest. Something that means they can throw you out if they do not see you as a person they want in the country. Hard to do that with a Thai citizen, right? For me it does not matter if it is a Thai or a foreigner. My opinion is that the foreigner should out if doing wrong, and the Thai should in jail if doing wrong. For me, that´s an easy equation.
  19. But of course. It´s his fault that he fell badly. He should have looked where he fell as he was knocked out.
  20. Better to sum it up, as you move on every comment. This time it´s easy. You justify a person kicking out at someone, with beaten them senseless. I still vote for deportation. After 1-2 years in Thai jail. Will do them really good. Now I am tired with this thread. Bye Bye!
  21. Yes, and for that he deserves to be incredibly beaten up, in your opinion.
  22. Yes, I remember that. I also remember how all members here was screaming about how bad the Thais who did that was. Now it´s foreigner putting a Thai in ICU, and then most out in force with little protective comments. You see the point there?
  23. So, I live in Thailand. Shouldn´t I adjust and understand the way of living? I have chosen to live in Thailand, doesn´t that mean I prefer Thai people over others. I don´t know what reason you have, but maybe i was noble. To come and protect the falsely accused minority? And, just tell me. What is wrong with being pro Thai?
