I don´t understand what kind of problem you have with Pattaya? Why on earth would it be hard for a western couple to settle down there and retire. Same as older people comes to Thailand, find a Thai woman and marry her. that would be same hard to maintain in Pattaya according to your view, right? So, today 13 year old kids make up stories like that. Why, and for what gain? If she did make it up, as it can also be a reaction of the pressure and heat that comes with an accusation of that kind. Hard for a 13 year old to handle, and she might have seen an easy way out. Otherwise, it´s horrible if kids start to make up things like this.
