However, going by other reports and info - if the bikes were swerving and weaving in and out of lanes and one bike collided with another causing the woman to fall off, she may have fell into the path of the truck (presumably on the inside / left most lane) leaving the truck no time to stop, with the ensuing tragic consequences.

First you are dealing with my comment as it is wrong, and after that agree to that it might have been circumstances that would leave the truck no time to stop. Yes, that was about what I posted, but not in the same fancy way like you did it, right?

After that, you are assuming it will come a lot of comments regarding armchair detectives? Really? Had a nice party yesterday? Still partying?

The land plot they marked in the middle looks really attractive. 40 mill well spent.

Here you are not at all updated about anything. If you still have the same permanent address and will move back to it after travelling around without leaving the country, you will not have to file any TM 30 in the places you are visiting.

Yes, it does. Therefore it will always be best to recommend doing a TM 30 in that case as general information. That way, all will be on the safe side.

As far as I know yes, as both stand for the account. It´s impossible to say who owns the money.

That's why I asked another question in another thread, open a joint bank account ('either or') with your gf and she withdraws money in that Thai bank account on your eventual passing.  Is that legal?

 

A Thai Will is not possible due to the wife contesting it.

 

Se to that the account you open for her is in both your names.

Sure, That opens up for a lot of security issues. That is not yet the case regarding Win 10. probably will be in the future, and then I will have to upgrade, but I will wait as long as I can. 🙂 It´s also a hell of a work for me to change as I am running server editions from 2022 that are connected to my 3 Win 10 computers and my own web hotel that runs more than 400 sites I own.
