  1. Cultists are willing to overlook many shortcomings as long as their agenda is pushed forward which is the demolition of democracy. How many times have we heard from SO many Democratic politicians that, when talking to their Republican counterparts, share that the Republicans are afraid to vote for truth cuz that will get them removed. They obviously desire power over honesty. This is straight out of the Autocrat's Handbook 101 (aka Project 2025).
  2. Unless you're living in a cave with a sack over your head, links are invading EVERYWHERE.
  3. That would be an industrial car wash. He's all butt.
  4. I ABSOLUTELY believe the dumbing down of America has been happening. It started approximately around the time the glorification of stupid was made popular with that insipid show "Jackass," and it's just gotten worse. I was taught the best way to control a nation is to eliminate the middle class, resulting in a ruling class and a subservient class. Make the sub class just smart enough to perform the tasks required to keep the country afloat and siphon the profits upstream to the ruling class. From what my own little eye are telling me, this is happening right effing now.
  5. Maybe he DID criticize Putin hence his place in this battle.
  6. The emperor has new clothes and woe be to anyone who disagrees.
  7. Can't believe I'm the first to post "sum num na."
  8. Only brainwashed cultists.
  9. All the way up to and including High School where I grew up, physical education was a priority, available to all who wanted to take advantage of it.. That costs money which the current system is not providing nor willing to cough up. As well, music/arts are important for a well rounded education, and these are all things that have been cut and slashed. Either invest in youth or invest in jails, and guess which the US has placed as its priority? (Hint - it ain't investing in youth)
  10. I'd call that overly optimistic.
  11. It's turning out the timeline doesn't jive. Reminds me of the original show "Get Smart."
  12. The director at my school and I have spoken at length about this. With AI making a huge impact on jobs, we really don't know how many of these kids will ever get skilled enough at ANYTHING to be able to feed themselves. Disgustingly, several reputable sources are claiming YouTubers, TikToker, influencers, streamers, and online merchants are viable choices for future employment. The world we live in . . .
  13. I use a pc, and things have been going fine for at least a year. The only thing I've noticed is an annoying change to the page for tracking your orders. The font has gone GIGANTIC, making it impossible to see at a glance where it is. I've minimized the web page font size as much as possible, it still sucks a wet fart. Anyone else notice that?
  14. HAHAHAHAHA!!! This JUST in - He TACO's with Mexico, delayed by at least 90 days.
  15. That boy has nothing but hot air and tired poop. Prolific poster, and great if you like hot air and tired poop.
  16. Huh? (p.s. that's sarcasm)
  17. One of the few times we can agree. That woman is as crooked as a dog's hind leg.
  18. This is still in the negotiation stage, and we all know how true the word of the US has become. 🤥
  19. Facts are facts. If you don't think they're true, then provide a reasonable argument with evidence to back it up. Otherwise you're merely trolling with tired clichés. Yawn.
  20. My first year teaching, I was selected with several other English teachers to go to a book fair to evaluate books for the following school year. We all agreed on one provider. We all got voted down because a severely inadequate competitor gave a better kickback.
  21. I spent a few years teaching in Bang Bon. There was a university nearby where several of the teachers who were hired illegally (no degree) paid a fee, then at the end of the school year, picked up their "official" degree that was recognized by the Ministry of Education.
  22. I've worked at a dozen schools in LOS. The foreign teachers in the largest school system in SE Asia taught all lessons the same. When I first got there I was told "You don't teach here, you just give the appearance of teaching." They used that "All Pass System" approach. No one ever failed a course, and by the time students got to grade 4-ish they figured it out. Now switch gears over to Regents and St. Andrews international schools. The administration would send out notices to all teachers if a student was failing in any subject so special attention was given to "encourage" the little cherub to ensure better studies, but failing the effort by said cherub, they would fail a student. This is a well-known secret throughout the entire Thai educational system. That, along with shameful pay (pay peanuts get monkeys) results in Thailand being last amongst ASEAN nations in all studies.
  23. I believe you're referring to the days of ThaiVisa That was a much happier, friendlier, more active environment.
