The inverted commas indicate that you're suggesting he isn't a doctor. Why?

Very convenient that his alcohol level was slightly under the limit. I wonder how many hours they gave him to sober up before testing.
Probably compensation of around 100,000 per victim, a few Wais (maybe even a monkhood) and all is forgiven. Worst case scenario for the police "doctor" would be a suspended sentence.

Will be interesting to see how this works, I read that 3 million doses are due to arrive in September so I guess it will be the private and elite schools first.
But what about second doses? Will they open schools after one dose?
Perhaps rich students will get 2 doses before poor students even get 1.

Could it be the government are borrowing significant amounts of money from abroad?
Perhaps they have been weakening the baht in preparation by importing lots of gold.

I noticed a similar sulphur smell from the shower at 2 large Sukhumvit hotels recently, but it was quite mild and only lasted for a few seconds when I turned the shower on.
I think it's because both hotels were pumping groundwater so more contaminants than tapwater. Whether they have a license for that or are doing it illegally is another kettle of fish.

Budget constraints eh....testing once a month is clearly not going to work. Testing once a day could potentially work depending on the accuracy of the test kits.

Too many landlords on this forum and most of them haven't bothered to read your post properly.
1 month's rent should be plenty to cover any wear and tear so if you haven't damaged anything then just walk away.
I certainly wouldn't pay anything voluntarily, likely she is just hoping you are a pushover and will give in easily to her demands. In the very unlikely worst case scenario she took it to court then it would be a civil matter so no police involved and you would easily be able to reach a settlement.

No need for that, since they already declared him under the limit. The good doctor will be able to carry on with his life as normal once the financial settlement is complete and he shows some "remorse" in front of a judge. His insurance will probably cover all of it.
Red bull driver was stupid enough to flee the scene so now he has to rely on the statute of limitations. Otherwise he probably would have got off lightly with a suspended sentence.
