    No. The core of my argument is that NATO tries to preserve peace and nations join it on a voluntary basis. Ukraine, to the best of my knowledge, has not volunteered to become part of Putin's Russia.

    This kind of penalty never works....names change, proxies found. If the chance of being caught is low and easily circumvented then the penalty must be severe......5 years in prison would stop it....if they really want to stop it.

    Fairly obvious, I guess, that the more advance an economy is the greater impact AI will be. Thailand will be pretty safe.

    A bold statement, however, as someone who has three degrees and taught advanced Mathematics and Physics for 25 years in international schools I can say the worst teachers I came across were those with higher degrees. Teaching isn't something you can teach!
