If you buy an item in the UK and it is repackaged and posted to you as a gift, no receipt,.......what then?....who decides its value and what tax is due?
If you are looking to keep the car think about what you need beyond the learning process.....personally I'd go for a three year old, low-ish milage with good support in the area for repairs/dealerships etc

Thinking the same, but in the UK the guiding principle is that you are no allowed to carry anything that might cause injury to your attacker......go figure....555
