Articles like this I guess.... In Thailand, gun crime is a serious issue. The country has the 5th highest rate of gun-related deaths in the world, more than 1 million guns are illegally owned. In an attempt to reduce these numbers. Thailand’s government introduce a new law. That would allow police officers to search anyone without needing any suspicion of wrongdoing.

What plans, if any, do you have to prevent erosion of the raised land around the edges?

You could be describing me. I am becoming more agoraphobic with age and have to battle against. I am also what is known as a 'masked introvert'. I can easily convince people I am a happy go lucky extrovert and I know I do behave like one for short periods of time at functions, parties etc......no idea why.

UK roads: It is not necessary to always fully stop at a T junction (unless there is a STOP sign of course), as if the road is clear you can carefully join the new road without stopping.

Little doubt he was looking at his phone. I wonder how he would manage driving around in the sticks with no street lights? I guess he could always get headlights retro-fitted.

On the contrary....I think he will be too brain damaged to be charged. I foresee an extended stay in a Swiss hospital followed by a remarkable and total recovery.

Made it that far.....

In our town the authorities have recently changed four junctions into four crossroads.......it is mayhem. The Thais approach the crossroads in one of two ways.........very slowly with no clue as to who has right of way..........or at breakneck speed on the assumption they automatically have right of way.......it really is scary to watch.

No flights via Ukraine, would be quicker?......Shame.
