Οn the other hand, as a tourist I am forbidden to open a bank account. What's the problem if Thai banks have the IBAN number which is unique number for every depositor in every continent? If I wanted to launder black money as a tourist, I wouldn't give my IBAN number in the country of deposit because I will be under arrest by Law Enforcement Agencies.

The English language is in the Latin alphabet and it is logical that Thais find it difficult to learn it like all Westerners.Do you know Thai? Do you know Chinese? Do you know Vietnamese? You need to take vitaminD 2.000IU daily because our body can not absorb 2.000IU so you can estimate to absorb 1.000IU -1500IU.But I dont understand Thailand is sunshine country and our body produse vitaminD in the sun........ I had a problem because my work was undeclared so I went to Malaysia and I opened bank account where the company I worked for send monthly my money. The problem is not that I didnt want to pay taxes in Thailand but I didnt want to pay for pansions and insurances because I am healthy and all these things is like a bubble bull sh.... in ears of westerners. This is an anachronistic bureaucracy in Thailand. I wish you every success in your effort to approach your family in Thailand.
