Not sure what you're trying to say here. A program to bring in millions of illegals "legally" to circumvent immigration law is bizarre. Ending the program will allow deportation, then they can go to embassies or consulates and get in line and apply like all the other brain scientists and rocket surgeons. Trucking in tens of millions, spending billions on socialist programs, all in the hopes of creating new voters all dependent on your regime's government programs is democracy.
