Pointless that is the state of the courts in Thailand. The constitutional drafting Committee already ruled years ago that the 8 year rule should be retrospective as they feared Taksin. Now the ruling works against them they change their minds, suddenly its non retrospective.

If your licence is valid and you pass the tests every 5 years there is no limit. If you have never held a licence you are not allowed to apply after 70.

All this Thai jumping through hoops every 5 years has done nothing absolutely nothing to bring down the accident rate. They need a real driving test. The UK send old in the post every 10 years receive new simple, because they know you did a real driving test. Also this thi obsession with taking blood pressure for everything I honestly do not understand.

It's pointless, The real power is pulling the strings get ready for a new "interim" military government.

So you can have 3 children in the rear cargo, six children in the bed legally that's 9 unrestrained children in one vehicle. But if you have one five year old wairing a seat belt in the back of a car not in a child seat you can be fined.

They call the 2 door pickups back seats cargo rear, they don't have seatbels fitted as standard.

What's the point in enforcing child seats inside if six can sit unrestrained in the bed TiT at its most reckless.
