I have repatriated twice now.  Am in BKK as I write this having gotten out of quarantine.

Both times my itinerary was: ATL>LAX>DOH>BKK ON QATAR AIRWAYS.

Each time I had more then one RT-PCR (MUST State same) test result.

The check was done at LAX only the 1st time. Plus BKK

The 2nd time the check was done at LAX and DOH. Plus BKK

It was based on the TEST RESULT time/date not the TEST DATE.

RTE-DC has it buried in all their online information it is base on the TEST RESULT date/time for the 72 hour window.

I had a similar problem and found using Messenger got quick responses.  RTE-DC

I remember this place fondly.  1st time there MANY years ago I sat at a table by myself.  A Thai couple asked to sit.  After a while it was off riding in the back seat of the husbands car through the streets of BKK, at night, as he watched the goings on with his pharmacy wife and I.  Yes, fond memories

I to changed my password. It was not very strong.  Made sure I did not accidently save any credit card information on my account.  Told the GF to do the same

Zero Risk!  My Thai wife and I where in BKK last week Wednesday right where the students decided to re-paint the gate in front of the police HQ.  I did not feel unsafe for one moment. 

As some others have said it seems very reasonable. I just paid 18,000 baht for a ceramic crown to replace a crown that broke.  Done at Smile Dental. I am sure I could of gone some where else for cheaper but have always had good service here

We live in Issan so that should give you a flavor of the thinking. The wife doesn't like the government but doesn't talk about it. On the other hand I am yak yaking about it frequently. When I do my morning run around the village water source which has a high school next to it I give my 3 finger salute. ????

Three days from the time RTC DC received the documents. Sent on a Saturday via UPS overnight. Received Monday. COE emailed to me on Tuesday. Got passport with visa on Wednesday. Again, UPS overnight.

The answer is YES. I am here in Kutdu, Nongbulamphu having repatriated from the USA (Atlanta to Los Angeles to Doha, Qatar to Bangkok) on a Pixel LabCorp Self Admin Covid-19 Test.  The lab report you get is absolutely no different looking in any way than the Covid-19 Test I took at a Drive Through Covid-19 testing area.  Both used LabCorps facilties.

The report was looked at in LAX and of course many times when I landed in BKK on the 26th

Yes there are a few.  Luma Thailand  Pass is one in Thailand.  Three plans. Each has the coverage but has other items.   Plan 1, 360 days 15,000 bht if you are 75 <.  I have NO connection with them other than purchasing a policy last Friday to repatriate with my Thai wife from USA to Thailand (assuming I can find a darn Covid-19 test/results in < 72 hours).  

There are others.  If you are on Facebook than follow Alternative State Quarantine. It has named others. It is the only reason I am on that Social Media

Just a quick shout out thanking you for the two Fit-to-Fly forms.  My Thai wife and I intend to go back August.  John

USA, Cleveland Ohio, Age 11. Euclid Beach Park.  On roller coaster in the Tunnel of Love section.

Wife and I are flying back to the States, Atlanta, Tuesday (BKK>SIN>LAX>ATL).  Aside from possibly the flight being cancelled (Singapore Airlines) I have NO concern on flying back. I do my due diligence checking our flights every day and checking LAX immigration/customs on any screening.

I guess the Atlanta Consulate was late in acting on it for I just did one 6 months ago.  Thanks for the update
