    Just changed our Pure filter system filters after 4 years, the guy said previous house he went to it was 5 years. We don't bother with the UV, previous technician said he does not bother with it and many people don't when it's run out, he claimed not needed.     That does not qualify her for a 'visa'. Social media is full youngsters coming out with this sort of claim - 'I gave up my job, sold up and got a one way ticket and moved to Thailand, i'm never going home' nonsense. When they do come up with the visa info it's usually a one year ed visa!

    I wonder what the OP paid in sinsot? if you start off shelling out without negotiation especially for an over the top amount they are bound to think you are a soft touch. I forked out 10k to get the mrs brother out of trouble after he had a bike accident with no insurance or license 15 years ago, but nothing after that. That was the only request.

    I have seen a few of this guys posts, like most Thai vloggers with few exceptions boring, predictable and uninteresting. This is my favorite at least he has a sense of humor, not quite rural but not in CM itself, Johnny Velvet, you might have to be a Brit ti find him funny, oh he's very rich and does not like plebs!

    Rarely eat it and only to order, not ready cooked. Most street food is laced with sugar, salt, fat, msg and cooked in old palm oil. Not as great as these gullible tourists and vloggers like to make out. Don't eat meat of fish anyway so that's 90% of the muck off the menu.
