Same here they told me when the money would be in then said no as the seat I did get was similar to the one I booked! Complained at length, even to the CEO, only ever got a firm no after that from the so called customer service dept.
If dogs are so great and mans best friend why do they need training at all? is it because without training they are even more nasty, violent and badly behaved? You dont have to train a cat so why train a dog if it's a domesticated animal. They are pathetically dependent pests and by nature very unpleasant to have around.
As mentioned before went Q suite biz class with them from UK last year. Changed a plane type so cancelled reserved seats with no notification, promised a refund then changed their mind. Stuck on loading bridge for 35 minutes in the heat while they were getting the plane cleaned. Special meal Asian veg turned out to be lo calorie inedible muck, broken seat and one toilet was out of order. Never again with those jokers.
But they have so many 'bargains' mrs keeps going on about diamonds she sees for sale on FB, last time it was rice, sold as jasmine rice- turned out to be the lowest grade you can get!
Most of these falang gangs are the same, thethiger, thai 360, teak door, Thailand-uk etc all best avoided unless you want to join a circle jerk of yes men and grovelers.
