I would never meet anyone off a forum again after meeting people from the Nanaplaza one many times 20 odd years ago. Weirdos, perverts, backstabbers and even a blackmailer. All ungrateful if you helped them out or did them a favour, most cheating on wifes and girlfriends, better off hanging out with Thais at concerts and roadside restaurants. Stickman was the most decent character I met back then, though always thought in person he agreed with everyone one on anything.

So a payment for nothing if he had everything needed, now they will have him paying 20k every year when the charge is only 1900 baht.

I have an interest in drinking! I do know an ex addict (it's not a disease) who works with alcoholics and admire him as I have never once heard him talk about it, either wallowing in self pity, or boasting about how many years he has been sober. If people have given up but are still obsessed with it they need proper counselling.

Not belittling their pain, just don't want to see it splashed all over the place in a look at me aint I in a terrible state, or haven't I done well for not drinking for x amount of days- please send me the praise comments. As you say involves people around them, not strangers on forums etc.

Not had a drink for 12 hours and about to have the next, not interesting either is it? Why do ex boozers feel the need to go on about it all the time, addiction is their problem for them to deal with, not anyone else's. If they are always needing sympathy and support best to get it from family, not strangers on the internet.

Don't see many foreign types where we are but did see 4 at Central today, all with those disgusting cargo shorts on, what's wrong with these slobs? Another liberal nest of liars link. I get my info from a friend who used to work for the Home office processing asylum claims. She said 95% of claims were fake, all with the same stories, which were almost never checked out. To add to her credibility she was her self originally an illegal immigrant in the UK who played the system like a fiddle herself.

You are right to say nothing to do with asylum seekers, most are illegal economic migrants who have no grounds to claim asylum, thats why they turn up minus passports and ID- I come from Iraq, Syria etc when really they are from safe African countries.
