Two days after the new one arrives the old one does as well, returned by national Express bus company, found on the number 230 from Heathrow. Now should I tell the passport office the old one has turned up, they must have cancelled it anyway or just cut the corner off, say nothing and present it at Thai immigration to get the extension transferred? The old one only had a year to run anyway.
