  1. He did not give a time frame for that, it still might come true the way things are going. His central prediction that large areas of cites would occupied by people with no cultural connection to the UK, and some unwilling to integrate was spot on.
  2. So you never read it then and just made up the 1991 part and really want to believe he meant actual butchery in the streets? Well, if you look at the list of stabbings in London alone this year perhaps that is not too far off.
  3. You appear, like most whining about his speech, not to have read it. It neither mentions 1991 or that there would be rivers of blood in the UK. He mentions a classical quote of the river TIBER flowing with much blood, implying troubled times and anguish, not armed insurrection on our streets. https://anth1001.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/enoch-powell_speech.pdf
  4. Depends what you are looking for, Ikea is better as they sell chips and Index does not. ???? You can get some decent bedroom furniture at index, Ikea is good for kitchen ware and lighting
  5. Best way to protect yourself is not to bother at all!
  6. Sleep outside and look at the stars
  7. They did that on our estate once, rounded up 15 strays- then dumped them a couple of kilos up the road!
  8. I asked a black lesbian activist in the 80's how she defined racism (they almost never can) she said- it's what ever we say it is! Like transphobia and it's mate islamophobia these are just words to stop and demonise anyone being critical or even talking about the facts of immigration and Islam and what effects these have had on the UK. Powell drastically underestimated how the numbers would explode, but anyone who cannot admit his prediction of what would happen coming true must have their head in the sand. What he said was correct and still no politician wants to even talk about it, or do anything.
  9. 'Thais are reluctant to take matters into their own hands, notes ASEAN NOW due in no small part to animal cruelty laws that can see people jailed.' Animal cruelty laws appear to be applied only to dogs, any, no matter how diseased or dangerous. Thais are not very concerned about animal welfare when it comes to cock fighting, capturing birds and turtles, not to mention the way livestock get treated or even how they 'look after' their pets. The special status of dogs is there for a reason, and it's not Buddhism.
  10. You cannot neuter all of them and the ones you do continue to be pests for years. Dead dogs can neither breed or make trouble, better to get rid of them completely.
  11. what law did he actually break by sitting next to a photo with a cross on it?
  12. Lonnie
  13. 1967, they ran out of film
  14. Big Maceo
  15. He was the last person to be interested in power, he knew full well what would happen by telling the truth, he was a true statesman.
  16. He was expressing the fears of his constituents, pity nobody took any notice..
  17. wrong as usual, he was quoting what a constituent had said to him
  18. Powell mainly argued against 50k dependents a year being allowed in, that would be an amazingly low figure today. Here is a question, how many immigrants do you think should be allowed in every year, and do you agree illegals with no valid asylum claims should be sent back?
  19. Sadly anyone turning up is allowed to stay and put up in 3 star hotels and given 40 quid a week and then looked after for life, this is why they pay 4-10k for a place in a boat!
  20. Great song and Mv from 20 years ago, Air Suchawadee, saw her a few times
  21. You read it, almost nobody else does, where did it get an award from - the kremlin? It used to be reasonable, I bought it myself in the 60's, now it's an extremist woke rag for the chattering middle class clueless brigade. Amusingly the Manchester Guardian supported slavery and the confederacy !
