    They can still spread disease, they are only vaccinated for rabies. They are still a noise and poo pest as well as a traffic hazard and danger from attacks. The best way to get rid of soi dogs is culling, not skirting around the problem and pretending sterilisation on a minor scale is a solution.

    Rarely been in a van with working seat belts, usually tied up or just useless. They seem to think as long as they are there they are working like some sort of road safety amulet. One on Sat did have the seat in the front working, that's usually it.

    Hardly any difference these days, they all lie or come from countries like Albania with no need to claim Asylum, but are not sent back.

    They get 40 quid a week straight off the boat, some are put up in nice hotels and have immediate health care. I would call all that state benefits. The toad however is on his own, unless he calls up the RSPCA!

    Hate does not include humour and observation. Years ago one Hotel porter told me they did hate Indians as many brought along cookers and cooked food in the rooms stinking the place out and damaging the carpets!

    At Victory monument on Sat, nice bridge to get you across the road, mrs insists as usual in risking life and limb crossing the road right next to it!

    Population growth is the one thing these do gooders never seem talk about, they only want to boast about the relatively small numbers they stop from breeding.

    If there was an anti soi dog foundation slotting them I would certainly contribute to that,.Unfortunately doing anything effective is not allowed, so we have these people who pretend they have a solution , when the numbers and streets prove otherwise

    If you kill them, the same as livestock, they cease to be a problem. Just sterilise and they remain a problem.

    Phuket is an Island, far easier to control strays and not nearly as many. Seems they cannot re produce what they have done there to keep the population growth down in the rest of the country, The numbers speak for themselves, 102 a day nationwide has done very little over all.

    Little Nok Pornpanna not seen her for a while, slept in the same room as her once, unfortunately her mum was there as well! Used to be just her and Jintara on master Tape label at one time. Good singer.

    Just 102 a day over the past 20 years then and most of those let back on the streets to continue being noise, disease, safety pests. Rather misleading as usual. How many has this poor effort reduced the population by I wonder. obviously just a sticking plaster non solution to the problem..

    Took 10 year old Vios into cockpit today for oil change. They seem to have a habit of finding things which need attention- 5 years ago told us it needed new shock absorbers, still not done that. Today it was- brakes, thin only 2.5 left. No idea what this mean or if 2..5 is a dangerous level. Had a 50k service at Toyota 7 months ago they never mentioned brakes at all. When should the brakes be replaced?

    Council tax can be of outrageous amounts, also water. Three years ago looked at a flat, water 40 quid a month if you used it or not, 480 a year. Here 40 quid is all I pay for the whole year. Water in the SE areas like Devon are over 1000 pounds a year
