It looks like Gaza at the moment -
Of course they did. They also killed Americans, Russians, Thais.... they are simply worse than animals. I hope they wipe it out of existence.

Actually and statistically the lifespan of the average ladyboy is often shorter than a 70yo. Could be a fun night filled with stat before retiring to 22sqb luxury condo and taking it from behind.

2 more nerve strikes before we do that

Oh look, it looks like I struck a nerve.

I started thinking about dying since I was 8 years old. Now at 50 I think about it a lot. I am sure the OP did not stuck a nerve with anyone, so I do wonder if you are that stupid or are you just trolling?

Don't cut off the hands that feeds you

The one next to Gateway ekkamai? Ok, but that room also sells for around 15 million up. My building is around 4 years old, just a bit further from BTS as we have a car. Regardless the cost of the room is still 9 million and rent is 23k. -

Sometimes you can find this price difference in the same building. Now I know why. -

Which tree? I live close to "Tree" on Sukhumvit 40. Surely not that one. Also the 120,000 rent for S47 is for large units that cost close to 29 million, not 22. Rent in Thailand is very negotiable. Anyway, that building seems to be a bit of an exception as it looks to be owner occupied mostly. -

Exactly. And that is the price for 60-70sqm 22 million thonglor condo that rents out for 70,000 baht a month. I can send you the endless links. Also, I do not live in Isaan, I live in Ekkamai. I rent a 9 million baht condo for 26,000 a month. I totally believe he is a smart businessman, but like every other fool that comes to Thailand he is absolutely clueless. Edit: Just checked my condo building. Rents low as 23,000 for a 9 million condo. -

He should be grateful if Thailand implements the laws. The 22 million thonglor condo probably rents for 70,000 baht maximum..... 30,000 if this tax is implemented. Thailand just saved this fool a lot of money long run. -
Leaving to go to Thailand too young
Celsius replied to georgegeorgia's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
My apologies for bad mouthing you on this forum. Sometimes I go to an extreme to prove a point. You are in fact one of my favorite posters because you don't take this country too seriously like other retired guys and a lot of your advice is spot on. Yes, I do have a massive issue with your general view of women, but we are all different. -
Leaving to go to Thailand too young
Celsius replied to georgegeorgia's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
I immigrated from from a civil war to Canada at the age of 19 with 1000 dollars. I graduated University at 24 and got a job. Worked for 2 years almost minimum wage, quit the job and never worked since. I have been a self-employed so-called "digital nomad" since Amazon was founded. I was working from home 3-4 hours a day and after 10 years I thought I could do the same from Thailand. I was absolutely right except for the fact I "worked" even less. I read everything there was to be read about Thailand on internet forums from the old guys like yourself. The one thing I learned from reading forums decades ago (early 2000's) was to never ever hook up with a prostitute and that worked extremely well for me. I was able to save money in Thailand following this simple rule and still have some fun on Tinder including 3 wives in 10 years without ever paying for sinsod, bulling a house in Isaan or generally just being ripped off. In todays age of oversaturation and even your grandma being a "digital creator" on YouTube and OnlyFans including millions of sellers on online platforms, I don't think I would be able to do it. But maybe this generation has their own way of creating income that I don't know about. So, yeah.... I just wander what is so smart about coming to Thailand when you are old? You are stuck with the absolute worst quality of women, you can barely move on these 3rd world roads and you look absolutely bitter while passing me by on the street because your brother in law is banging your wife and taking your money. Then you start nursing the bottle 24/7 and participate on the one of the most important topics on aseannow which is the price of beer and 100 baht English breakfast. Livin' the dream!
