    I think 600,000 baht is a fair price. Considering 20 year visa is 1 million and I have to pay 200,000 transfer fee, I think buying an lifetime elite visa that is not issued anymore is a bit of a risk.

    Ah this old chestnut. Yes rent a place where you can't swing a cat, no oven, no bathtub, no nothing comparable to back home. I'm guessing these retirees will be livin' the dream eating noodles and street food. Thailand is great when you're young. Hard pass for a retirement.

    There is a free shuttle bus from Udumsuk to Ikea (Bangna) that I used a few times in the past.

    I did a 60 day extendion on my non o e visa before this attempt.. They never asked me for any of this. After this 60 day extension I stayed 1 night in a hotel. Nevertheless, I entered Thailand previously on a "marriage visa" stayed in dozens of hotels and never had this problem.

    I have done all my extensions at CW for the past 10 years. I stayed at 30 different hotels before covid every year and they never cared. Now after only 1 night I have to chase the landlord to report me. Do you fancy any other details?
