  1. Yep, because you didn't make it in Thailand until your post was approved by rimmer
  2. You are in Thailand and you are reading job ads and after you finished you post them on a Thai forum? You are doing Thailand wrong.
  3. Someone seems jealous. But, yeah.... you avoid paying income tax in your country when you are young and live in Thailand and then use every benefit under the sun when you are old. With occasional business class trip to Thailand in your advanced age. All legal and nanny state approved.
  4. So far 3 seniors replied. Anyone else?
  5. For that price you got no teeth special with 75 years of proven experience serving most prestegious international clientele. Free bonus - gonorrhea.
  6. Yea, that's great. Meanwhile it is raining and my brand new shiny condo in Ekkamai is flooding.
  7. Much better option to come to Thailand when you are young than struggle with all kind of disabilities once you reach the retirement age. I was born poor, stupid and lazy, but fortunately computers and internet were invented during my lifetime so I could make money remotely. I came to Thailand in my 30's and I think this gave me several huge advantage over old men... one of the major ones is the quality of women I was able to marry and date. Being young also gives you drive to succeed instead of nursing the bottle and listening to bargirl lies all day long. Here comes the internet again where I was able to do a thorough research on all my potential long term gals. Once you have certain standards (no kids, University degree, a full time job) it is pretty easy for a guy in his 30's and 40's to find a quality long term Thai partner. I turned 50 this month and I think I would still have a chance if I was looking. Imagine the shock and horror of going back to your own country and not being to survive when you are old you say. I don't even understand how can some long timers even utter these words when life in the West for old folk is about million times better. Yes, I am thinking about going back and I will look forward to working, playing bingo and socializing with grandmas in my 50's 60's 70's and hopefully 80's while the taxpayer foots the bill for my every medical need. Why? Because everything I wanted to do was already done years ago. Going back to the nanny state when you reach senior age is not the end as many want you to believe. If you came to Thailand in your 60's you are doing it wrong.
  8. You could or you don't have to. It depends on how CRA sees your situation. I did not have any ties to canada except my rental condo and a bank account so they deemed me a non resident for tax purposes after spending 2 years in Thailand. Which was qite a bit of inconvenience as i lost all my rights inclyding free healthcare.
  9. Bob, you are such a "massive" attention hore ????
  10. This sentence is a bit worrying. Even in canada as a non resident I don't get taxed on income that is earned outside canada even if it is going straight into my canadian account. People here love to talk about tax treaties but keep forgetting they are dealing with a third world country. Otherwise if taxes here were anything but fair then how come you still have to pay tax in Thailand on your investment losses?
  11. No. Asian men older men are in better shape. Also much cleaner and less sweaty. They also won't crush a fragile Thai woman in a sex position.
  12. I got married twice to career women in their 30's. No kids, very good jobs, no tats, no previous hubby, never paid for anything (even the wedding). My previous wife's parents even bought us a house in their village as a wedding gift. Both times I got lucky with the circumstances surrounding me and I don't think I could pull this off again.
  13. Grandfather clock, iPhone 6.... at least we know how you live
  14. Off topic, so don't get triggered. I always wondered how people would use their furniture in new surroundings. It literally makes zero sense moving furniture to a 3rd world tropical country, especially to a place like Bangkok unless you live in one of those 100 million baht climate controlled villas.
  15. Must have hot a nerve that you tagged me in 2 completely irrelevant posts. I mean.... did it just occur to you that prostitutes you are seeing are having sex for money with every single nationality that arrives to Pattaya? Big man.... paying to be touched.... in Thailand!
  16. I can vouch for this one also. Bought much cheaper on lazada along with their oxymeter. It is government certified and approved unlike the rest of chinese stuff sold online
  17. https://aseannow.com/topic/1307336-blood-pressure/
  18. I hope she made fifteen dollars from her once in a lifetime viral video
  19. Racist because stating the facts Wow....sounds so.....woke
  20. That thread deals with a different issue.
  21. My wife told me all the details after she went to social insurance office. Someone here confirmed word for word what she has been told. Anyway, she has been paying maximum contributions for over 15 years and she will get nothing close to 5000b a month. More like 3000. If she continues paying while being unemployed she will receive significantly less.
  22. I always maintained that if shagging sloppy thousands is your thing then Pattaya is your place. I guess some guys really get turned on with girls being seeded by thousands of Arabs and Indians. And those same posters make of fun of Indians sharing a straw while in reality you are sharing their STD's
  23. This has nothing to do with tracking or how bad Thailand post is or whatever. Your package is simply still at the airport waiting for the next available flight. This is quite normal with Thailand post and I have had packages waiting for 3 weeks before being loaded. Pro tip. Sending parcels via EMS makes zero difference as they all get loaded on the same flight. It may make a bit of a difference during how fast it is delivered to swampy or haw fast it is delivered after it the parcel passes the customs, but otherwise it is just a waste of money.
