I mean insurance bought in Thailand aimed at stupid farang who think they will be covered. For the above insurance policies, you will have to pay substantial premiums. As if they are useless or not I do now know. Ah, you mentioned your insurance is through employed. Completely different ballgame.

Exactly. You can get quick and fast healthcare even in Canada....if you go private. Comparing private and public is stupid. My wife who is Thai had a medical emergency in Canada. It was so bad we had to call the ambulance. They showed up in 7-8 minutes did some tests and discharged her. She landed as a resident, but her health insurance would not be valid for another 3 months (and she never got it as we went back to Thailand). The hospital never sent us a bill. I have nothing but great things to say about Canadian healthcare.

Thais are masters at f up especially under pressure. Started ordering the best pizza on grab. Really good and not that expensive for amazing quality. One month later they started crumbling. Soggy dough, raw meat, oily.... Forget it. They need to be supervised like babies from clowns the likes of minor group to have any consistency. Michelin should also do monthly inspections of Thai restaurants and remove the undeserved stars.

It is terrible. The Jap company that supplies auto parts and electronics my wife works for is in the red for the first time ever. They started as representative company with only 1 Thai staff being employed (wife) and switched to full office when the times were good Probably going back to representative again....as the Japanese staff in Thailand has proven time and time again that they prefer to enjoy the country instead of working despite the massive influx of competitive Chinese product. One particular company from Taiwan has destroyed them...what a hell...I'll mention it - Hiwin. Thais don't realize that once offices and factories are gone this is when the quality of life will go drastically down....along with GDP.
