we had a 79 (maybe an 81 i was quite young can't remember exactly)chevrolet caprice classic. would load 2 adults and 4 kids plus all luggage in the car when we went to the airport to head over to scotland. then we got to scotland and it took 3 cars to get us to nan's house. the caprice was like riding a sofa down the road. very comfy.
