Apple forum discussion https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253993028 The issue is likely a webkit change between 12 and 13 that nothing can be done to solve. It looks like the input box is not being drawn correctly to the correct initial size. Does this happen for all new dialog boxes or just the reply box ? Is it possible that a setting was changed either for safari or graphics display a few months ago ?

I’ll second that on shoes. If i wear anything with more than 1/4 to 1/2 inch rise toes to heel, my lower back and sciatica will start acting up.

@Crossy looks like it is an insulating strip that you pull out after installing the tube in the sockets based on what i see on this catalog page https://markprolighting.com/shop-2/lamp-led-category/led-tube/lamptan-lyn-guard-de-t8-20w-2500lm-day-120cm-on-off/ i could not find other details. I would hope there is an installation page included with the tubes / fixture.
