I was at a major University today with my wife. Unfortunately, the rain and flooding caused me to wait and mingle with the students until the road cleared. Charles Durning was great in this movie, he was so funny. Shortly after the move "Tootsie" came out, I was seated in a restaurant in Portland Oregon when Charles Durning walked in and sat in the next booth. Apprehensive at first, I got up the nerve to address him and discuss his role in Tootsie. He was a very likable guy and a great actor.
