This is the problem with the stunting of social behavior growth brought on by social media and people who only can communicate thru texting and posting... I do not understand the Thai language so I do not know what was said, but it sounded more to be a mutually shared conversation between two young people... remember the days... oh well.

Car paint oxidation. Does colored polish work?
Skipalongcassidy replied to JeffersLos's topic in Thailand Motor Discussion
Repaint is the last resort... an experienced professional car restorer can bring the car back to showroom condition... not easy, but doable. If you will be satisfied with less than showroom... do it yourself... just do not over heat your buffer pad... doing it by hand rather than using an electric buffer will cause agony. -
Thanks for all of the replies... I am finding that solar is very expensive in Thailand compared to the USA... Not only is the equipment expensive but the installation labor is ridiculously high... to top it off the Thai gov't and electric companies do not want you to be solar Independent... their buy rate is extremely low and is non existent if you add batteries to the mix... where most of the world is offering incentives to go solar, Thailand is not.

The point should be rebuilding family values not making cannabis legal or not... when it was illegal people still used it... just look at yabba... illegal but prevalent in the THAI society... The point should be finding out why and working to fix that... maybe take a look at the deterioration of family values for instance... o9r military coups... or social media.

The advocates of banning anything that they personally find offensive are offensive to me... should they be banned? The problem with freedom and openness is that it requires people to be responsible for themselves which I personally believe has gone completely by the wayside... self awareness and responsibility has been replaced worldwide with the nanny state ideology.

Bargirl is one of the few AI-Proof Professions
Skipalongcassidy replied to save the frogs's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
AI's the solution? There is no reliable data therefore no answer... -
So it takes a death in this case to see that proper maintenance of something as simple as a fire extinguisher is maintained properly... Preventative maintenance would do wonders for this countries well being... start here and then move on to the pumps necessary during the "flood season"... then on to all the other neglected machines and systems

Safety concerns prompt people to dump their fire extinguishers
Skipalongcassidy replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
Getting them inspected would be so contrary to the Thai way??? Yes even fire extinguishers need preventative maintenance. -
Bargirl is one of the few AI-Proof Professions
Skipalongcassidy replied to save the frogs's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
There is no such thing as "AI"... data in, data out... just because a machine can do some things faster and/or better doesn't make that machine self aware of anything beyond what it has been programmed to do. -
1000 Island Dressing on a Pizza????
Skipalongcassidy replied to sqwakvfr's topic in Western Food in Thailand
Traditionally Thai people have learned to add sauces and spice to their foods... this is a habit bourn out of necessity because of the low quality food sources... I have yet to find a decent pizza or for that matter real fish & chips here in Thailand. -
And never go to the incoming immigration line with a harridan... I made this mistake last week when coming back from Hong Kong with my Thai wife and the IO was hard put to let me re-enter... as her last statement was to skip a page in my PP and stamped my re-entry therefore wasting both sides of the skipped page.

Required strength CBD oil for a good night sleep
Skipalongcassidy replied to Kenny202's topic in Thailand Cannabis Forum
Grow a couple or three of your own plants and each evening before bedtime snip off some leaves and stems and hot brew some tea... a good night's sleep will follow.
