With so many looking to travel there and negatively affecting the "distinctive culture" they desire to see, it's time to search for somewhere closer to home to visit. The world is full of many beautiful diverse places that aren't so crowded with tourists.

If they are so poorly equipped with life jackets just imagine all the other chaos if they expected the ship to confront an aggressive naval ship from China or another country. Not only is the mayor of El Paso (which was a wonderful city until tens of thousands of migrants piled into it) warning about the surge but also the governor of California warns that the surge will "break the border" (his words). It would not be that hard to implement an expedited system where people apply to be allowed in and then are accepted or rejected, but in the meantime, they stay in their own country or in Mexico.

I think it depends on the masseuse. Some are better and more experienced than others. With a Thai massage some will rip you apart and leave you in more pain than before you laid down. Others will make you feel like a million bucks. Similar with oil. I ask for the shortest massage possible when trying to find a good masseuse as to not waste money. Yes, the world is truly messed up these days. I'm glad I was born when I was, so I don't see how much worse it gets in 20 or 30 years. I blame a lot of it on social media. Years ago when you didn't like something you would complain to your friends. These days a person can let the entire world know how they feel including not liking the word "yellow" in a song that's been around for decades. The world is so F'd up and unfortunately it's only going to get worse. Buckle up.

These Harvard numbers look right but I was told by a cardiologist that the upper number can shoot up just from walking down the hallway. He said the lower number was more important. Also, if you take your BP in the morning expect it to be higher. He said that's just the way the human body works.
