Why does it matter if someone has a beer at 8 a.m. or at lunch? It's what makes them happy, and they aren't harming you or anyone else. Sounds like you are judging them because their habits are different than yours. You are apparently a young person as you're refer to these guys as "old men". They spent a lifetime working hard. Let them live their lives the way they want. I never hear the "old men" I know complaining about all the young people staying out until 2 in the morning at bars getting wasted. These guys that you talk about are simply having a beer so leave them to live their life the way they want. No judgment please.

With all the additional damage (punctured ceilings and walls) it looks like this might have been "personal" and not just a robbery. Why in the ???? would you leave three houses unattended when you were out of the country? They should have had someone watch them. On the other hand there was a relative living close enough to see everything being carted off so...... Wouldn't doubt it if the relative was involved.

I asked the same question to the UPS Store and they said 3 days. I suspect FedEx or DHL could also deliver in 3 days as long as it's just documents. Anything bulky will go thru customs and you may never see it again. I actually think it's amazing that they can deliver in only 3 days halfway around the world.
