Well, it's not about "these Russians", just because you met some rotten apples. In general they got a culture reaching back to a few centuries, which US can't offer. So, we have riffraff here from many countries, but I admit there are wealthy Russians with less education/manners. For Thais we are all farangs, no matter where we're coming from unfortunately. And because "pilot" is not a profession, these pilots got no sufficient social benefits and we're forced to look for jobs somewhere else. After Covid the airlines were looking desperately for pilots. But....there was no Thai pilot employed by Lufthansa Group. Short time contracts were issued for some coming back from South America, where they found a job during Covid. Feel free to ask more. 🤗
