  4. so what? why are only 6 year olds allowed to have imaginary friends? it takes cajones for bob, a grown man, to admit it openly on a forum. and i'm sure he will inspire other grown men to do the same. i'll bet you any money georgegeorgia also has imaginary friends that he will share with us soon.
  5. Big difference between bar girls and women of previous generations maybe. But not that much of a difference with most modern women. Most modern women do not have the DNA of good wife / good mother. Swiping on dating apps for the guy with the fattest wallet. Modern dating is a cesspool.
  6. you aint seen nothin' yet. you haven't been in a climate change thread where this guy eagerly anticipates the day when "Gaia will wipe us all out".
  7. so why dont you grow a pair and move there? why do you need to sign your name on all posts? You afraid someone will plagiarize you? hoping to get famous?
  8. yeah, some people get cancer soon after they retire at 65. but then again, maybe they smoked all their lives .. but some jobs are stressful and/or hard on the body .. depends there's no cookie cutter answer for everyone.
  9. yeah, and some of those national geographic videos are more disturbing than roman polanski's rosemary's baby, the creepiest horror film ever. clearly, its part of "nature", but wonder if God was drunk or stoned when he came up with it.
  10. The endless news about Trump is a "mob style hit job". It's like a drive by shooting.
  11. balcony seems too high for accidental fall? or is that an AI generated image?
  12. My tailor back home closed his shop at 80. But in the last years, he was only working mornings (3-4 hours a day). Even after he closed his shop, he had a sign on his home window. He still did the odd suit in his spare time from home. But the key is he did sth he enjoyed and he worked for himself. It's impossible to do that in the corporate world. Either you work 40-60 hours a week or you don't work at all. Unless you can negotiate sth with your employer. Working reduced hours will not negatively affect your health and may positively affect your mental health. If you keep working long hours into your 60s, there's a chance your health will degrade.
  13. I eat meat, only because it seems necessary to maintain good health. But I tend to agree that it's sick that we need to kill for our survival. I do hope they engineer a proper replacement for meat one day. The current meat alternatives are very unhealthy. If that ever happens, I will be happy to give up meat.
  14. is that secure? feeding the algorithms with your murderous schemes?
  15. that bad, huh? there's gotta be 1 or 2? hang in there. we will find you a place with classy people. we're working on it.
  16. who are you to decide who should be allowed in ? god? just hang out with people u like and avoid those u dont like.
  17. there are millions of restaurants. yet some still make a lot of money and others dont you dont need to do everything for money. you can have a pension or a normal job and do youtube on the side as a passion project.
  18. a lot of people give up too easily. i've heard some people say it took them years to get a lot of subs. but some people put out crap though. you need to put out decent content.
  19. the cops didn't stop you? what you need to worry about is "loose screws".
  20. have you checked the expiry dates?
  21. Youtube vlogging is a new modern day legitimate profession. Some people suck at it and create crappy content and go broke doing it. Some people are highly proficient and cranking out very polished content and making good money at it.
  22. First of all, the new visa is being advertised on blogs targeting digital nomads. https://www.travelinglifestyle.net/thailand-has-announced-a-new-easy-to-get-visa-for-digital-nomads/ The new visa targets digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers and others who want to live and work in Thailand for a period of up to 360 days. Second of all, the magic number is 360. It sounds like you can stay a maximum of 360 days TOTAL in 5 years. You cannot keep re-newing it for 180 days at a time indefinitely. It can only be renewed once during that 5 year period. 180+180 = 360 and then that's it. It can be back to back. If you do it back to back, you can stay a full year minus 5 days, but then you've exhausted the visa during the 5 year period. The question is then .... can you buy ANOTHER DTV visa that overlaps that 5 year one or do you need to wait until the 5 years expires to be eligible for another one? I'm guessing you cannot reapply until the 5 years is up. So digital nomads would need to combine this visa with other digital nomad visas in other countries and keep bouncing around from country to country.
