Yeah, I stopped eating bread. Maybe in Europe they have good bread, but I can't get a visa for Europe. Same goes for milk. Most US milk is A1 and apparently A1 may promote diabetes / insulin resistance. Europe cattle is A2, which is much healthier for humans. Europe is ahead in terms of better quality food.

Oh, so do full body 2 or 3 times a week? Most of those machines in the gym seem redundant to me. They seem to be working the same muscles, so why bother with so many different machines? Ok, I might actually do that. If you do full body 2 times a week, it's easy to get the 2 workouts in and you're sure to train all muscle groups. Good suggestion, harrisfan.

Is 3 x per week good enough? I don't see myself lifting more than that. It's bloody hard work. Monday: Biceps / Triceps / Chest Wednesday: Chest / Shoulders / Back Friday: Legs I don't mind doing around 90 minutes each session. Once I'm in there. And I don't talk to anyone, no phone, I don't want to mess around there. Is that good enough? Also, being in the gym motivates you because of the energy of a bunch of other people lifting at the same time. And I did see a Thai guy with a needle in the bathroom, so must have been steroids for sure. I won't get too envious when I see these massive guys because you never know if they're doing roids.

Walking and weight lifting are 2 different things. If you dont lift weights, you will never truly be fit.

I noticed that only 1 out of 4 or 5 people in those gyms is really fit and built. Either most of the other guys don't last long or they simply don't know how to train or their diet is not good enough to support their training. But I have also not been consistent with training, I do admit. I am lazy.

I'm not a lawyer, but there is such a thing as self-defence. when someone is hitting you and you push them off, even if they fall to the floor, how do you know exactly the force required to push them off you but not enough so they fall to the floor?

It's not clear to me that he "assaulted" her from that video. She looked to be the one who was aggressive and hitting him and he tried to push her off of him, and of course she fell because he's a beast. But maybe there is more footage that happened before that we don't see. But from that clip, it looked like he was pushing her off of him. Is that assault?

She could be referring to him cheating on her ... doesn't mean he smacked her. And she went nuts and attracted a crowd as though she was in danger.
