Only people on O visas or Elite get to moan. Everyone else is a tourist some just pretend to *teach* English. Anyone on TR complaining about tourists is total irony in 2023

Back in high school we had a football cheer for a bad call by a game official. "Seeds and stems, seeds and stems, we got burned". You have to check, this is why there is so much fraud on Line and Facebook, you cant really see, touch or smell what you are buying.
Agreed. I never buy on Line but chatting with the sales person, checking out the buds and then it's like - yeah, just slip one gram of <deleted> inside.
More costly than they think as I won't be back.

In two shops I was given a discount and did not inspect what I was actually being sold.
I got home and opening the packet found not shake, but very disappointing fare. If shown that prior I wouldn't have purchased it.
This is just 1-2gms I don't want to make too much fuss but the price is same if you buy 1 or 100gms in theory.
It's not bait and switch but not honest either. I expect the shop will need to sell off the chaft and popcorn for less - not fob it off on me.
I'm now to the point of not trusting shop sellers.
In two other shops I actually selected the bud I wanted. Seemingly no objections and that was fine.

Really I have yet to see any,and I have been through a few selections tried a few from shops at 500 a gram absolute rubbish ,my limit is now 300 bht a gram and I’m finding decent stuff at that price and below but no way it’s cured
Are you in the shops in BKK looking about? 300b possible but rare. B500-50 more commonplace. Anything dead center lower Sukhumvhit seems still deadly expensive. Many of these shops will wash out.

It depends on what you want ... the light from the sun isnt the problem, its the enviroment(light cycle, heat, humidity and pests), if you want decent buds then its worth the cost in my opinion. 6k was my bill last month with full power light, ac, extract, fans and dehumidifier on 24/7
Seems like you could spend 5k pm on weed retail - let's say quarter Oz of rippin good weed and be 1lk ahead. That's just the power bill ????????

Funny, if OP had any qualifications to actually teach or in Education or at least had done so I'd think he'd know that himself. Perhaps, tutor, SEN tutor, activities coordinator, marching band coordinator. What are you bringing to the table?
By law you can't be in the classroom without a teaching waiver or license on a B or O visa

These are really rare. I've only seen a few in 20 years.

Cali import now 300-400 Baht
Only online.
I'm seeing lots of shonky stuff in Bangkok shops.
While it's easy enough to stay clear of the stupid priced stuff, b450-600 seems norm and probably older, less desirable bud.
Anyone notice the promo of "Thai organics" presumably grown indoors I think prolly first generation of reasonable quality here. THC levels suspect.
I question the THC levels in a few purchases I've made. Two were outdoor.
Aside from ridiculous numbers like 30% THC I think most of its just a come-on. Most shops really don't have a clue to THC levels. That's fine... very stony weed for b200gm ok but let's drop the b800 nonsense..

He seems OK but shivers a bit in this 'cold' weather.
Any suggestions as to what to bathe him in please.
Sorry, no. I recall my mother having to give the dogs a flea bath every so often when I was a kid. Then came flea collars.
See if you can find flea bath with pyrethrum.
Pyrethrum is a naturally occurring mixture of chemicals found in certain chrysanthemum flowers.
Found this on shoppee

I'd always just continued with whatever regime I was under.
Whatever random date 90 + 90 + 90 ... = annual visa extension rollover
Leaving country = return date on boarding pass
This year I made my 90 day on 13 based on 90th day being Jan 23rd. Fully accepted and done this way since forever. Past years been making lots of in person reports too. Inbound date was 23 like that.
My extension date has never played any relevance.

Following up on another thread regarding the TM30 which is now rambling.
Questions how to file the TM30 and when need it be refiled.
1. Which documents are needed to file online? I'd read the website is best used over the application. What is the name of the app? Does the site list the docs needed or do you upload your random batch for a random approval?
2. Which documents are needed to file at CW? What are general wait times? Can this be done without owner present!
*Yes, I realize these should be identical
a) Can I or my Thai wife file as possessor as many have stated and if so, how?
b) Do these filings need a limited PoA and where might I find such a document?
c) Returning back to the TM30 chaos a year or do back - after the initial registration do I need to reinform upon my return from an overseas trip? I understand I do not need to inform for departures in general and returns domestic. In the old days it was just one and done.
d) I've also read here the filing and contract date (?) - the move, must coincide or farang incurs a fine (obvious money grab). I'd also read some have stated to just wait and do the 90 day together. These must be separate queues at CW.
e) I'm thinking the first 90 day report after switch should be done in person just to get ahead of any issues.
Thank you

What an absolute laugh
I was just down in mbk. I've not been inside in at least ten years. I think perhaps three times since my first visit in 1992.
The shops were just lousy with foreigners running the little shops. I'd put Thai ownership / clerks I'd seen at 10-15%.

Once a tear residence report instead of 90 days
So, immigration really doesn't need us to do 90 day reports - apparently it provides little or nothing.
So, why do any of us have to do it? Yellow shirt employment scheme
