Tired, angry reading these stories.
Banks and cops no help. Often bank staff in the middle of it.

Gaeng som has so many variations. Freshwater fish are also popular combined with many different types of vegetable and fruit. I have never seen grouper in the markets of southern Thailand, the most popular would be Pla Kapong. If cooking at home you may also find pork and frog used.
South Thailand really only place to get grouper. Yeah, not easy to find bc like everything totally fished out
I dislike freshwater fish, soft. Usually bony.

TBH, most foreigners love Thai food. Have you read the comments. It is only this dish that most foreigners including myself do not like 1/4 of the food I cook each month is Thai. Thai restaurants are crazy popular throughout the world. You'd be hard pressed to find just as many other SEA restaurants around the world, except maybe Vietnamese.
No they don't. I work with teachers. I still visit national parks and see what farang eat. Lower Sukhumvhit is full of farang restaurant as Khao San not Thai.
It's too spicy, rice issues, smells, weird

Sorry we have fixed it, its actually THAIVISACENTRE.
It does indeed work, and it is the lowest price you can obtain this type of esim for as retail is usually 299THB at the airport for example.
We usually only give it to our clients, and we were suggesting to try it as they may wish to try multiple carriers in their area.
This is one of the most economical ways of testing carrier reception on your own for your area / home / residence.
Please stop posting your advertising here. I left DTAC after ten years and not going back. Looks like the Sims are for tourists. Two weeks lol... Joke right?

If it were a 5G plan, the quote would be ‘up to 1Gbps’. You write about an ‘up to 300Mbps’ SIM. Doesn’t sound as if you are using 5G.
I've found out it isn't. The sim is 4g, still can easily hit 300.
Phone is 5G

Not only junk but very unhealthy, saturated with salt, oil and sugar and an occasional chicken foot.
Because food in your home country isn't and no one is fat and unhealthy?

I can absolutely see most (all) farang hate this dish. Foreigners TBH don't like Thai food. It's therefore quite understandable they dislike Gaeng Som. It is also crazy spicy.
It needs to be made very authentication, quality ingredients and with grouper and seafood.

Are you having us on? ????
You didn’t purchase “SIM Internet 300Mbps”, you purchased a SIM on a network which is theoretically capable of up to 300Mbps, dependent on your location and your equipment. No one promised you 300Mbps.
This is why intelligent people run speed tests at home before committing to a more expensive package.
You're too funny pointing out the obvious. Of course.
I'm at times getting 8mbps on a 4g card (I've learned). The data is totally erratic.
The issue I have is that the 10mbps was faster often times.
The 300 is absolute burst rate. and to be fair it's hit that in two 'spots'.
Aside from the craptastic speeds <15 most areas deliver speeds no better to a bit better than the old sim.
I think the marathon sim has low network priority. When I had 10 my expectations were nill and so it over delivered. I expect 300 in the fine print really means 30. I found a 5G map and the coverage is laughable for all the promotion.
Yeah, I don't expect 200mbps speeds constant with this card. I also don't expect 20.

You can try DTAC in your location for a low cost.
Some carriers are better than others depending on the location.
We have a special deal with them where you can get a ESIM for only 180THB.
You can try this link: https://esimcard.in.th - use promo code THAI VISA CENTRE for the 100THB discount.I LEFT DTAC

Anyone having similar same problem with AIS?
Purchased sim internet 300mbps I'm only getting 150-200 in mall, Sukhumvhit MRT.
At home and work both very central BKK speeds dreadful 8-25 burst 40-60
I've checked absolutely everything possible in my phone multiple times and also been in contact with the AIS customer service Representatives.
They tell me that infrastructure is going in in this place. That is singular despite the fact that I am having these issues in multiple locations. Obviously, they're just getting me off their back.
I'm extremely unhappy.
Anyone else?

I'm a huge fan of the yellow rice with chicken (khao mook gai) particularly fried chicken and if there are any chicken livers to go on top, damn, that's heaven!
I'd add a fried egg to it if I could. Duck egg, preferably.
Khao Mook Gai is Muslim. Readily available in Malaysia.
Chinese - Khao Man Gai. Probably more popular in Malaysia than in Thailand.
You're batting 1000 bro

I would reconsider the status of "friend" to someone willing to go to the police over 1500 baht.
He was friend enough to loan the money. My guess is the OP has not been especially prompt paying it back.
Flipside... the guy doesn't have a bank account??? But making all sorts of demands.
Wise lol.. can't expect everyone to want to deal with that esp when they are not even signed up!!
No worries, cops won't bother with any of it.

He already said it's 3% so neither is he being overtaxed nor is there anything fishy about it, it's the withholding tax the payer has to deduct from the payment for professional services.
Ok, 3%. I don't see how that's reported without a tax id.

You are working you must pay tax surely you understand this.
I'd be more concerned about being overtaxed which I'm guessing you are. Usually the way this goes is they are deducting tax but it's going into someone's pocket. You'll have to pay again lol. Have a tax id? No? You're not paying taxes
Three months no wp? Then telling you to sort it?! I'd be gone end of term no question about it. Not your job to sort Thai government paperwork.
