I’m up in the north in Chiang Mai but could easily come down to Bangkok… Not to get too far off the subject but could you speak to what the current focal therapies that are available in Thailand, the only one I’ve seen is a doctor doing HIFU at Siriraj…. any options for cryo or tulsa?

Curious… What was the cost? Did it include a review and opinion by a MRI diagnostic oncologist? Were you able to identify a specific lesion or an area with high level prostate cancer? Did you have a traditional biopsy before or are you using this for a targeted biopsy? Do you have a urologist specialist doctor that will accept and review this third party MRI?

Why wouldn’t a standard mono vision cataract surgery give you basic vision correction?… I understand they would not be able to give you both near and far sighted correction (That would require a more expensive multi focal lense) but they should be able to give you one or the other…
