I went to a place [name withheld for obvious reasons]. They did a mostly competent job, but I was watching and had to intervene. They cracked a couple of connectors because they weren't sure which way to twist them in and out. Strictly speaking the connectors still functioned electrically. It costs a couple hundred baht for replacements, so I was not a happy customer.

Give the Philips MyCare bulbs a try. Cool White (4000K) works for me.
