Putin didn’t budge in Ukraine peace talks. Now Donald Trump may be forced to act
No. You need to examine reality. The reality is that Russia is a very large and powerful country, and Ukraine is an orbit state that kept poking Russia in the eye with a pointy stick. Much like Panam did with the US. Guess what? In both cases the net result was the same, invasion. Panama too was a sovereign state. So what? Weaker nations have to accomodate to the sensitivities of stronger nations. That's just the way reality works.

Who gave the US the right to invade Panama after it displeased the US? Reality.

So Long And Thanks For All The Fish - Ukraine bombs Russian Nuclear Bombers
That's complete nonsense. Putin has repeatedly said the exact opposite, affirmed Ukraine's right to exist, denied the USSR can be revived or should be revived, all that is cheap NATO propaganda Russia has no intention to invade the Baltics or Poland, again just more scaremongering nonsense. No, as was made clear , despite claims of "non-alignment" Ukraine was very deeply co-operating with NATO in the many ways listed above. An explosive New York Times exposé by Adam Entous and Michael Schwirtz sheds light on major developments preceding the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. According to the report, the Ukrainian government entered into a wide-ranging partnership with the CIA against Russia. This cooperation, which involved the establishment of as many as 12 secret CIA “forward operating bases” along Ukraine’s border with Russia, began not with Russia’s 2022 invasion, but just over 10 years ago. Within days of the February 2014 Euromaidan Revolution that culminated with the ouster of President Viktor Yanukovych and ushered in a firmly pro-Western government, the newly appointed head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, reportedly proposed a “three-way partnership” with the CIA and MI6, the UK’s foreign intelligence service. Ukrainian security officials gradually proved their value to the U.S. by feeding the CIA intelligence on Russia, including “secret documents about the Russian Navy,” leading to the establishment of CIA bases in Ukraine to coordinate activities against Russia and various training programs for Ukrainian commandos and other elite units. https://responsiblestatecraft.org/cia-ukraine-russia/ I think the key issue is that Russia, for many years prior to 2008 made it clear that Ukraine joining NATO was as red line that could not be crossed. At the Bucharest announcement Putin voiced his clear opposition. He was ignored. When Ukraine persisted in co-opearting with NATO, whilst telling Russia it was non-aligned, obviously Russia could see what Ukraine was really doing. This was a grave concern because Ukraine is the key to the great European plains, which are impossible to defend if Ukraine joins NATO. So yes, it was legitimate on every level.

Don't worry, she came back. She was here a few days ago.

Very well. Advancing on all fronts. Russia is winning the real war.

Yes it is. Ukraine is in the Russian sphere of influence. As a lesser, weaker state, it has to accomodate the sensitivies of a large power like Russia. Just as Panama faced invasion when it displeased America and sold secrets to Cuba, so Ukraine cannot do whatever it pleases when its neighbour is a large power. Looks like you need some lessons in reality.

"On 14 June 2024 Russian President Putin claimed that "Russian troops were near Kyiv in March 2022", but "There was no political decision to storm the three-million-strong city; it was a coercive operation to establish peace."" From your own link, lol. In other words, there was never an intention to occupy Kiev, much less in 3 days, it was just mean to apply pressure to the Ukrainians because at the time Putin was still negotiating for peace with the Ukrainians. Of course after Johnson visited the peace negotiations fell apart.

World War 3 - Should I Stay (in Thailand) Or Should I Go Now?
On the plus side just before any end of the world scenario the girls apparently are very keen to have sex, a kind of last "hurrah" to go out on a high note. I gather Hitler's bunker was like a Roman orgy just before the Russians arrived.

I would take a guess that Thailand will be a better place to be than anywhere in Europe. Though of course one of the Indonesian islands would be better still It would be a nightmare though, imagine no Nutella, no Milka, Ritter Sport or Digestive Biscuits..

Oh you worked in Labuan? In the financial centre? What was that like? I think the number of Filipinas you have to "force" into prostitution you can count on one hand frankly. 90% of women there do the serial dating thing, which is basically prostitution "light".

Human trafficking is the act of recruiting, transporting, transferring, harboring, or receiving individuals through force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of exploitation. As I was recruited by several law firms and was greatly exploited there because I was coerced to earn a living I'm a victim of human trafficking. I was recruited in London and flown to a Caribbean hell-hole, Grand Cayman, where I had to work 8 hours at a desk producing the most tedious documents. You can't imagine the hell I've been through.

It's not the CFO certificate process alone. The problem is that this requirement is totally arbitrary, like rolling the dice. Some immigration officers will implement, some won't, some will be very strict and require the CFO others won't. The only way you find out is if you already bought tickets and your Filipina is trying to board the flight and she can't. Which means you just lost 200 dollars or more. Besides if you had all the documents you can STILL be offloaded if the immigration officers decides they don't believe you, and they will ask trick questions to get you to contradict yourself, there's a whole list of reasons they have the power to offload even if you have ALL the documents. It wasn't just on behalf others, I had this exact problem. I had to fly to Bangkok, get an affidavit of support notarised in the Philippines embassy, where of course you can't just walk in, you have to make an appointment, so I was stuck in Bangkok for several days just for this s**t. Yes, I am calling it out as feminism. The Phillipines Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking includes members such as the "Executive Director of Coalition Against Trafficking of Women-Asia and the Pacific". Who is that? It's Jean Enriquez. She is a known advocate for women's rights and has been working on women's issues in various countries in South Asia and the Mekong Region. Here is a full list of the members of the Coalition against Trafficking of Women, all women, all feminists: https://catw-ap.org.ph/?page_id=3876 "Human trafficking" is not "human" trafficking, it's women trafficking, and feminists the world over have hijacked this phantom crime as a vehicle to peddle their feminist agenda and as a means to get free and well paid government financed jobs. It never even existed as a crime until the late 90s, and came up at the same time as hardcore femiinism emerged. Of coures, being Norwegian you're not sensitized to this, as all your politicians are feminists as well.

I don't think that applies, you could just like the physical attributes of Filipinas more, they are a lot more rounded, and of course it's much easier to form a connection with a Filipina because she can speak English better. You could be in with Thailand, but still like Filipinas. Why restrict yourself to one club?

Great job. I have to say police in Thailand do seem to be quite sensible most of the time. It could have ended a lot worse in many countries for the guy.

Because it's not a "problem". Isolated instances of crimes that are extremely rare are not a reason to restrict travel for 60 million people. It's just a knee-jerk overreaction by a commission, which by the way is mostly made up of feminist career women. This is the real problem, that Filipinos are forced to go abroad to make a decent wage, when their own country cannot provide decent paying jobs even for university graduates. Did you not get the part where 98 % of those people stopped are just legiitimate couples, not victims of "human traffickers"? Even in Philiipines women are complaining they can't leave the country. Human trafficking is not a big problem, it is a phantom crime pushed by feminists mostly that practically never happens. Have you ever met any one that was "human trafficked" Neither have I. I have, howeve,r met people who say they were unjustly offloaded in Phil, due to the massive overreaction in Phil to this supposed human trafficking issue. Because they make it up! There is NO LAW in Philiippines that requires a woman leaving to have a CFO certificate. NONE. These immigration officers made up this policy out of thin air on instruction from this commission that seeks to curb "human trafficking". Even Filipinas are confused about this, they don't even know, these requirements change all the time, and indeed are dependent on which immigration officer you come up against.

The only case where a Filipina domestic helper was murdered and kept in a freezer was indeed in the Middle East. Most murders of Filipina domestic helpers, or cases where they were maltreated were in the Middle East..There were cases of maltreatment by others, Nigerians and such, but to curtail the freedom of women to travel as a whole is not a proportional response to these rare instances. They are very, very, VERY rare. Nobody is talking about that, I was talking about a specific policy of Filipinas being prevented from leaving the country. This is a major problem in the Philippines where overprotetctive Immigration officers stop mostly genuine couples from meeting, thousands of them. Filipino immigration will manufacture document requirements that do not exist in law. For instance to allow a Filipina to leave she will need: 1) A CFO certificate - a ludicrous document which confirms some old woman has "counselled"the lady on the dangers of being abroad and what she can do. To get it they need to make an appointment. 2) An invitation letter in the prescribed format from the boyfriend that has to be notarised in the Philiippines embassy 3) All the other normal requirements, flight ticket, travel insurance etc. By the time all these docs are collated most couples break up, I know the American guy I spoke to was not pleased about being held up and all the hassle to take this Fiilipina out and told me in no uncertain terms he was not sure when they/'ll meet again. Ultimately, if the Filipinos don't want their women to leave, they should ensure they have decent employment opportunities in the Philippines. But even those girls who graduated university can look forward to an 8000 pesos job in a bakery, which is why so many prefer to clean floors for Arabs.

I understand there have been Filipinas cut up in pieces and put in freezers in the middle East. However, to take away the basic freedom of women to leave the country is absolutely unacceptable, not even Communist China does that, that's North Korea territory. The offloading practice has no basis in law and basically tells women they are not able to make their own decisions and some immigration officer will decide for you. In practice what happens is that 98% of women stopped from leaving are in genuine relationships with foreign guys and want to go but can't. It's a ludicrous policy. Of course I don't, don't be ridiculous, as a man you have no other choice but to judge a woman over the long term, because as I said for the first 6 to 12 months they will pretend to be someone else completely. The woman you first met never existed. Of course, 7 years is exactly right. However, just to find a candidate that makes it that long is a lottery game. Absolutely, which is why so many make excuses for a bad woman for so long, like this guy in the story probably did.

Why isnt Trumps approval rating 80%?
It's because America is divided into half, and the loser half will not acknowledge great work no matter how good it is, because it's being done by the guy they hate.
