With the blunders Ukraine is making, just my opinion, Ukraine is not really making the best use of its limited resources. Mearsheimer also said though that Russia will not defeat Ukraine uncondintionally, rather, Ukraine will become a rump state.

The Trump charity case was dimissed when the lawyers agreed to settle the dispute, ie Trump paid for a portrait out of his own pocket. At most it was breach of fiduciary duty, not theft. The University case related to lawsuits centered around allegations that Trump University defrauded its students by using misleading marketing practices and engaging in aggressive sales tactics. Again, nothing to do with any judge calling Trump a "thief". This never happened, but I guess we will not get any apologies.
