I've got a question. How could you send those watches without confirmation that the money was already sent? Sending the watches first is insane. As for the police, this is criminal. He needs a good attorney.

These places should have a switch that locks the doors if such a thing happens.

The headline makes it sound like he was murdered in Thailand. He was murdered in an Arab country, which isn't too big of a shock, even during these disturbing times of rampant anti-semitism. As a Jew this saddens me, but I can't tell you how many times these headlines are grossly misleading here.

Get with the times Thailand. Foreign ownership is necessary. The developers will thank you.

The police are largely absent here. I see crimes committed in plain sight and they do nothing.

Like many of you, I was concerned about filing a tax return here in Thailand. To be clear, I have no income here, and I don't receive money in Thailand from abroad. I just spoke to our accountant here and she told me that as long as I fill out a tax return in my country (the USA), one is not required to be filled out here. I thought that might be helpful to some of you. Of course, get your own professional opinion.

The problem with these announcements is they never have details.
