Beatings, arrests, phony trials, all the while the Prime Minister publicly condemned the truckers and by default anyone who supports them as undesirable and dangerous racists and bigots and that “we shouldn’t tolerate these kinds of people in our society”. I get a bit of it too from time to time, western winter months mostly. It’s what I call “ paralysis of analysis” Let me explain Often in the course of the daytime, I need to do some thing, and I will very often put a list of things that have to be done to create conditions, prior to that thing to do, and I will analyze the situation to the point where it just becomes overwhelming and too much work to do just to think about it. Most of the time all those conditions require extreme amount of effort, and then I never get the actual task done that I was thinking about originally, occasionally leading to negative self talk. After several of these things take place eventually I don’t want to do anything and I feel depressed. I have come to a place where I use morning motivational videos almost daily with a dozing, sleepy nap type thing in the mornings, I play the YouTube meditations from Dr. Joe Dispenza, and frankly the whole practice and awareness of Epigenetics has made a huge difference in my life. I’ve often referred to the black dog as a swirling, sucking vortex of despair, and I’ve spent a few years in the 90s taking medication’s and being non-functional from that. those morning meditations changed my life, change the direction of my goals, and I suffer from the black dog much less as a result. I’m giving my small boat and trailer to my son when I retire to Thailand and I’m going to miss that little fishing conveyance. I was wondering if there was anyone else kayak fishing. And places to go I have not done it and indeed have not been fishing for a very long time but it’s 25% of my retirement plan. it would be great to meet someone that is kayak fishing, to go out with them and get some tricks and tips. I’ve never been in a kayak before. The pedal drive seems really interesting because I do love bicycles. Bixby motors is where I’m thinking I have a rod and tackle already there in Chaiyaphum and I have a scooter and was thinking of putting a Sidecar on it to carry the kayak.
