  3. How many people did you see making cash payments and how many did you see making card payments in that COOP in Devon ? What numbers are we talking about ?

  5. That is you . Some people such as yourself still do use cash , about 90% of other people would be using cards to pay

  8. You are talking about your home town, I have never been there so I wouldn't know . Beggars are not everywhere in towns and cities . There are less beggars around than previously because not many people carry money these days

  13. Hotel toom rates are different to HMO's . Hotel room rates would be about 60 a night . But the claim was about HMO's and Councils wouldn't be paying that for a HMO

  18. I was disagreeing with the claim that the Government is offering landlords 50 Pounds a day to house some people in HMO's . That was the only point that I was contesting .

  21. That link doesn't back up the claim , which was "50 GBP per room per night to house migrants on a 5-year contract."
