Think about it for a while . Hamas controlled all the aid food and made money from the aid Israel wants to marginalise Hamas and keep the food aid away from Hamas . Israel and the USA spend a lot of time effort and money setting up an alternative aid mechanism that bypasses Hamas . This helps dispose of Hamas being the government in gaza .
