Today . Doesnt matter if cash use is slightly rising , As cash isn't used much anymore , less money is given to beggars . That's not too difficult to understand

My point being that not so many people use cash these days and so they don't give to beggars as much and that's why there aren't so many people begging on the streets these days

How many people did you see making cash payments and how many did you see making card payments in that COOP in Devon ? What numbers are we talking about ?

That is you . Some people such as yourself still do use cash , about 90% of other people would be using cards to pay

Nearly all payments are done by card these days in the UK , very rarely do you still see anyone trying to pay with paper money

You are talking about your home town, I have never been there so I wouldn't know . Beggars are not everywhere in towns and cities . There are less beggars around than previously because not many people carry money these days

That is quite surprising because very few people carry money with them these days , all payments are done by card . Its uncommon to see beggars these days , I assume because no one has cash to give them . Very few people carry cash these days
