Unfortunately for your interjection transmission of HIV has almost conclusively been demonstrated ( ? ) to involve blood bourne transmission rather than saliva related activities. Thus sexual activities that potentially involve or culminate in tissue trauma resulting in bleeding or drug usage involving mutual use of injection via contaminated needles are the primary suspects in HIV transmission and more ! Kissing your friend or family member victim of HIV is highly unlikely to result in transmission of disease.
