Hunter Biden Found Guilty on All Counts in Gun Trial
Hawaiian replied to Social Media's topic in World News
If there's nothing why has the FBI obstructed the IRS investigation, even to the point of running the statute of limitations? If there's nothing why did IRS whistleblowers put their careers on the line? If there's nothing there who's lying? -
I stand corrected. I meant fusing vertebra and not discs. . Another procedure used was the injection of papain enzyme. A cat scan was used to confirm that I had a herniated disc. After that my insurance stopped hounding me for faking my injury. MRI technology was still in the evolving stage when I first got injured and not widely available.

Israel is at War - General discussion (pt3)

I believe it's called indoctrination. -
Over forty years ago I was diagnosed with a herniated disc. I went swimming at the beach ever day for year using an large tractor inner tube for resting and safety purposes as there was usually no one to help if I got into trouble. Eventually I was able to go back to work (construction) but suffered off and on for years. I was advised that surgery was risky so I opted not to try it. Fusing discs together did not sound like a good idea to me. I was fortunate to have a good friend who was a workmen's comp claims adjuster who gave me some valuable advice. I stayed away from painkillers because what was available at the time was dangerous or addictive. As the years went by I continued working in construction and the pain eventually subsided. Today at 84, my injury rarely bothers me and I continue with physical activities like gardening, landscaping, etc. Conclusion: physical activity worked for me. I forgot to mention that I have never been inside of a gym, but did modified sit ups to strengthen my abdominal muscles.

I was not speculating, but referring to John Paul Mac Isaac's comments. If you haven't watched the interview in its entirety then you haven't a clue about what he saw on the hard drive files. It seems you are the one doing the speculating. -

There is a difference between a video about a laptop and what was actually found on the laptop described in the video. One doesn't have to be a PI to know the difference. -

Correct me if I'm wrong, but even if Biden loses he could still pardon Hunter and have nothing to lose. -

Why did the judge allow photos and other evidence of drug use retrieved from Hunter Biden's phone and laptop to be introduced by the prosecution? You seem to think I have no knowledge of what the rules for admissible evidence are. Go preach to someone else. -

It is not just a video. It is a 43 minute interview of the man who Hunter Biden took his water damaged laptop to requesting retrieval of what was recorded on the hard drives There were actually 3 laptops brought in, but only one was not damage beyond use. The FBI tried, but was unsuccessful at getting anything out of the other two laptops. I am far from being a sleuth and don't claim to be one. I'll leave that up to the experts such as you. -

Short memory? You were the one who brought up trump (sic). In fact, two times in one post. For your information, even Hawaiians misuse the term. -

Looks like you have very limited knowledge of what is on the hard drive and the FBI wants to keep it that way. As far as pushing baseless claims go, have you seen the latest release of Nancy Pelosi's conversation of Jan. 6? Personally, I don't trust either political party. -

No doubt about it. You are afflicted with TDS and addicted to whataboutism. And by the way, I believe you were trying to address me as Mr. Kanaka. Evidently, you have no idea of my ethnicity and are using the term incorrectly. -

With daddy's failing memory he may conveniently "forget" what he said about pardoning his errant son. -

Not all voters think like you. Guilt by association comes to mind. Besides some of the laptops content may well implicate Hunter's father. While nobody is above the law, not everyone is treated equally. Remember, money is power and power corrupts. -

After watching the video of Mac Isaac's interview, the computer shop owner, I would say there is a lot more damning evidence on the hard drive; evidence more damning than the gun charges.- 225 replies

Saying that it will never happen means that it is not a realistic approach. I think if Israel pulled out of the West Bank, it would eventually become another Gaza. However, Israel needs to remove all of its settlements from the West Bank. What some, including myself, would like to see is Jerusalem become an international city where Muslims, Christians and Jews could safely visit. In another post you mentioned morality. Morality applies to both sides in this conflict. What is so moral about the Hamas constitution calling for the destruction of Israel? Since all of this didn't happen overnight, it is naive for anyone to think the situation will be resolved overnight. The major problem I see is how enforcement will be accomplished for any violation of a cease fire agreement.

Hamas is not just an organization. They are the elected de facto government of Gaza, whether you like it or not. Seems as you do not understand that this is urban warfare where one side has embedded itself within the civilian population. Civilian casualties, which Israel has attempted to minimize, are inevitable in such a situation. Every day that goes by Israel is condemned for these casualties. In eight months Israel has reduced Hamas's military capacity by roughly 85%. Maybe less, maybe more. As for what comes next is anyone's guess. Even if a more militant faction replaces Hamas, do you think that would have the capacity to put up much resistance to the IDF? I may be mistaken, but I think the strategy is to keep the administrative branch of Hamas intact while neutralizing its military.
-
As long as Hamas' constitution mandates that they destroy Israel the ceasefire will not last long. There must be a provision in the agreement for Hamas to amend their constitution otherwise Hamas will be obliged to continue hostilities sooner or later. For those who say this provision can come later, I say stop wasting your breath.

Pit Bull Mixed-Breed Dog Attacks, Seriously Injures Five-Year-Old Girl
Hawaiian replied to webfact's topic in Isaan News
Some breeds are known to be aggressive, but their personality usually predicts their behavior. Yes, animals have personalities. I owned a mixed pit bull and she actually sought out kids to play with. With toddlers she was super gentle making sure not to knock them over or smack them with her long tail. She lived to be over twenty years old. Everyone, including my neighbors, miss her. -
IDF Rescue Four Israeli Hostages in Central Gaza Raid

Just think, all of this could have been prevented if Hamas had released these hostages. In fact, none of these tragic deaths would be occurring had not Hamas kidnapped them in the first place. -

And Hamas' strategy is to boost the casualty rate of Palestinians to make Israel look like the villain hoping world opinion of Israel continues to deteriorate and support for Hamas continues to grow. The casualty rate, with the help of Hamas-sponsored agitators, is fueling the anti-Israel demonstrations in the U.S. and elsewhere.
