I Highly recommend Dr Paritas at Samitivej, Soi 49, Bangkok. I went to the recommended doctor in Pattaya and while she was preparing the instruments for an invasive biopsy on my forehead, which she agreed would leave a scar, I researched doctors who could do the less invasive MOHS procedure. Only doc in the area who can is Dr Paritas. Even Bumrungrad doesn't have the equipment. Thanks to @GinBoy2 for his recommendations! Dr Paritas just froze the problem area off and all is well! Super nice guy. I'll be back soon for a follow-up.

Just did it here in Thailand. My phone is very old so decided to upgrade before we move to Europe. Went to the bank with passport, atm card and new phone, with old sim installed. They asked for bank book, but accepted the passport. Took us to the atm where we got a otp, and bingo. The app worked on the new phone. I'd recommend calling them to see if you can do this via the phone? Their customer service is pretty good. Let us know what happens!
