    With literally hundreds of articles, videos and comments, you still don't know that agricultural burning is the main culprit of the pm2.5 spike? The air looks good today, no traffic? When the winds turn again in a couple of days, you will see. Same thing over and over since 2014 (any link with the coup and its key players?), just getting worse each year.

    There are a lot of apps, websites, from air quality data to wind directions, and even satellites showing where fields are burning. Now if you would have checked these theclast couple of days, you too would've come to the conclusion that it's you who has a shaded perception of what's going on.

    I can't, I've got kids. Car costs me 15 to 20k a month, all cost included.

    Cambodia is on fire, partly thanks to Mitr Phol the Thaib sugar giant, and the smoke travels over de Gulf. I remember the Chernobyl nuclear plant in Ukraine spreading nuclear waste as far as Scotland. We were not alliwed to eat vegetables at the time (yeah !).

    Why are elephants roaming the streets of Chern Talay? 20 years ago, you could regulary see them in Bangkok, but I thought this was made illegal. Wanna see elephants, go to Kuiburi NP.

    Yes, I do. There are not a lot of cars on the road at that time. Most people sleep at that time. Our friendly neighbour likes to burn leaves (chases mozzies away). 1 hour after she put it out, the air turns ok again. Not rocket science.

    Traffic is indeed not the main culprit, even in Bangkok. Check the smog levels let''s say Sunday morning at 3am. No traffic, still heavily polluted.

    Cambodia is increasingly growing sugar for China, and Cambodia is on fire right now as is half of Thailand. Why? Profit margings, why else?

    Let's welcome more tourists. Maybe TAT can promote Thailand as a welness destination for the super wealthy. Look at those numbers in pristine Kanchanaburi. I advise my family to skip Yhailand at the moment.
