I agree.The biggest problem is the criminals from the countries u mentioned.They know it but don't care.

Im single too..but stay away from parlors.I have some regular ladies who is nice to sit down and talk to.Sometimes dinner..some times get drunk together and have fun in my room. After no headache about anything.They know that i dont want a serious relationship and their fine about that.

Then u have a choice..pay taxes or might loose it all the day she decides to throw u out. I will never ever buy anything in Thailand.I dont take any chances. I rent while staying there.Pay rent..and when i leave dont have to think about anything.

I haven't been in Phuket area since 2003..it was ok that time. I have no plan to go back.I prefer Bangkok and hua-hin. When i read about russians and other foreigners only mske problems in Phuket im not really shocked.

As i posted in another topic i prefer to be single.I learned my lessons after married with a thai lady and some girlfriends there No stress about anything.I do the things i like whenever i want The smiling lady change fast as soon its get serious.. jealous..childish..etc etc I have some regular girls i meet sometimes but nothing serious and they know it and respect that.Meet for dinner and after honky ponky.I never allow anybody pick me up in the airport. I want a free life after arriving and i decide who and when i want to meet the lady.

I know that Anyway i choose this method.I take out cash that i expect to use the next 2 weeks. Maybe i will open a new account in Thailand but this time i dont need that.

I use to transfer from my foreign account to my wise account because i use the wise atmcard in Thailand.Takes 5 second.After i take out what i need and then leave my ATM cards in the safe with my phone.I had an account in Bangkok bank before but i closed it years ago.

The last person i will get advice from is the OP who allready divorced twice. I had many experience in Thailand..doesnt matter if their 20 or 60..money talks everytime. I been married once..never again.Living my free life with no stress. I speak thai well and that opens a new world that u wouldn't know existed.

I had a similar lady before.One day i had enough.I warned her about her behavior would have consequences but it only worked for a short time.So i just tood her to leave and not contact me again.I changed my number to be sure she couldn't contact me again.Life is to short to be stucked with this kind of girls.After i finished her i decided to not have a gf again and i never regret that Im living a free life and can do whatever i want.Blaming on birtcontrol pills is a bad excuse for her behavior.Get out of this relationship is my advice.

Many times and often short trips back and forward will rise a red flag at IMM. Dont be surprised if they start to question u about ur trips. That u have a thai gf doesnt matter if they want to investigate the reasons for ur travel history.

If age over 15.My thaikids arrived to Thailand with foreign passports. Overstayed 7 months but no problem at all when we left because that time both under age 15.Of course i knew this before entering Thailand.

Some yesrs ago I had 4 girls iin my hotel,.we stayed 3 days in the room without leaving..they walked naked in my room all the time..we ordered food from roomservice and the guy who came with our food laughed eveytime even the girls used towells during the food delivery.. funny and good memories.. but we not recorded anything..when i couldt do anything because i get exhausted they fuild up witk lesbian sex and i could just sit there and enjoy their without any chance to join into that because my junior needed a break.Thw only complain we get was from a old grumpy guy in tye neighbouring room.This kind of people's doing sex in public is Moran's who try to make stories for the social media

3 times i see the foreigner get arrested in the airport in Bangkok after they handle their passport to immigration.

Agree..i used to stay about 180 days before.Had a house.Now i dont owing anything and just rent or stay in hotel 3-4 months a year I dont take any chances about Thailand anymore.

The next is about condos etc etc..they will take it from foreigners..at least tax that too.

I stayed 3 weeks in korat..if u cant speak thai its not recommended.I was out in clubs and bars several times and had fun with my thai friends there.I speak thai well so for me it was ok there.

I helped a nephew of my exwife 150.000 baht some years ago.This was for going to work in Taiwan.We agreed that he pay back on a 2 year period.Actually he paid all back in 8-9 months.

I agree..dont let her lend any money..she will never pay back.I let a lady lend 500 baht and she said she would pay back the next day it took 8 months.I didnt need it back but after her daughter get married she get sinsod 80.000 baht and didnt care.She bougth a motorcycle and other stuff instead of pay me.

Right..im sure something bad will happend to those who bought in good fate.
